Xiang Lili visited Sinochem Group to discuss the details of joint cooperation

It was reported that Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited Sinochem Group on January 22, 2015 and had a meeting with Cai Xiyou- General Manager of Sinochem Group. As stated by both parties, they would try best to promote the projects construction handled in Chenzhou city and improve Chenzhou city to be an international modern fluorine chemical industry base.

Sinochem is one of the key state-owned enterprises supervised by SASAC of the State Council and also is one of the top 500 enterprises of the world. Its main businesses are energy, agriculture, chemical, real estate and finance. It is one of the four national oil companies, the largest integrated operation enterprise of agricultural inputs (chemical fertilizer, seed and pesticide), leading comprehensive service provider of chemical products and it has powerful influence on high-end real estate hotels, non-banking financial field, and etc. Chenzhou city worked together with Sinochem Group from January 2010 on the construction of fluorine chemistry base of Chenzhou city.

Cai Xiyou warmly welcomed Xiang Lili and his investigation team and also expressed his appreciation on Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government’s supports for promoting Sinochem Group’s industrial development. Cai stated that Sinochem Group would accelerate the projects which have been placed to operation to reach the design capacity and effect and would try best to promote the project construction handled in Chenzhou city by strengthening integration force, technological power and solving problems, all of which were purposely to improve Chenzhou base to be an international modern fluorine chemical industry base.

Xiang introduced the social and economic development of Chenzhou city in recent years and highly affirmed Sinochem Group’s project construction handled in Chenzhou city. Xiang said the cooperation with Sinochem Group was one of the successful cases for Chenzhou city’s joint cooperation with the state-owned enterprises. Currently, the fluorine chemical project which was operated by both parties has been approved by Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Government as the project of Hunan provincial key industrial park. Till the end of 2014, it has produced 30,000tons of aluminum fluoride with the output value of 350million yuan and finished 40million yuan tax payments, which contributed greatly to Chenzhou city’s economic and social development.

Xiang sincerely hoped further cooperation can be achieved between both two parties to accelerate the projects construction, optimize the industrial layout of Sinochem Group in Chenzhou city and improve fluorine chemical industry base of Chenzhou city bigger and stronger by playing best advantages of the state-owned enterprises on capital, technology, and etc., and well integrating and using Chenzhou city’s resource advantage. Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government would keep supporting Sinochem and other state-owned enterprises’ development in Chenzhou city, would upgrade the supporting level and service level to serve for the projects construction and fully promote their development and reach win-win cooperation between two parties.

Feng Zhibin- Member of Party Group and Vice-general Manager of Sionchem Group and Chairman and General Manager of Sinochem Lantian Group, Shou Jianzhong- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Secretary-general of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and some principals of subordinate departments of Chenzhou city and counties and districts of Chenzhou city attended the activity.
