"Taking overtime work during the Spring Festival was for the consideration of engineering- non stop of smelting furnace and marketing- hot purchasing after the festival."  It was introduced by one of the principals of the company that the price of non-ferrous metals would increase after the festival- it was called "good start after New Year"  in the industry. 

 

 

Generally speaking, most of the production enterprises would start the production after Lantern Festival. But according to the investigation handled out by Chenzhou Economy and Information Commission that 154 of the 1093 scaled enterprises of Chenzhou city still open production lines during the festival. 13,000 workers of the enterprises took overtime work then. Yuteng, Jinwang and some other large scale enterprises handled the production as usual. All the staffs who worked during he festival were issued with subsidies according to the laws.
