It was introduced by the relative principal of the company that once the extension and chip technology of low heat, high photosynthetic efficiency and sapphire base GaN LED material placed to production, it was received with favorable public praise in the market. Assisted with the technological innovation, the total revenue of Hualei Photoelectricity kept increasing in recent years: 200million yuan in 2011, 300million yuan in 2012, 400million yuan in 2013, and 500million yuan in 2014.

Hualei Photoelectricity is just one of the miniatures for the development of Chenzhou high-tech industry. In the first 2 months of 2015, the total output value of above scaled high-tech industries was amounted to 4.31billion yuan with an increase of 39%. The increasing rate of high-tech industry and high degree processing industry was up to 23.1% and 12.8% respectively.

The extension and chip technology of low heat, high photosynthetic efficiency and sapphire base GaN LED material finished by Hualei Photoelectricity won second prize of national technological invention; treatment and clean utilization of non-ferrous smelting and arsenious solid waste done by Jingui Silver and Fengyue Environmental Protection won the second prize of national scientific-technical progress award; high efficient separation technology and industrial application of complex tungsten finished by Hunan Shizuyuan Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd. and Hunan Non-ferrous Co., Ltd. Hunangshaping Branch won the second prize of national scientific-technical progress award; and 8 new products and technologies such as “technological innovation project of digital weighing system” were enrolled into the list of Hunan provincial technological innovation projects.

Currently, there are 242 high-tech enterprises available in Chenzhou city, 18 of which were qualified as national high-tech companies. 1031 pieces were authorized with patent, up 10.03%. The sound improvement and driving effect of high-tech enterprises helped to provide strong driving forces for a nice beginning of Chenzhou industrial economy. In the first 2 months of 2015, the added value of scaled industries of Chenzhou city was with an increase of 10.8% which was 2.3% higher than Hunan provincial average level.
