Ranking the first place in Hunan province
It was learned from People’s Bank of China, Chenzhou Central Branch that the total loan balance of all financial institutes of Chenzhou city was amounted to 88.748billion yuan till the end of June with an increase of 21.99%. It was 10.712billion yuan more than the beginning of 2015 which was 5.605billion yuan more than last year, up 109.76%, ranking the first place of Hunan province.
It was introduced that People’s Bank of China, Chenzhou Central Branch carefully implemented the prudent monetary policy in the first half year of 2015. By implementing 3 times of lowering the reserves amount limited and interest-reduction policy, 2.681billion yuan circulating funds were issued by the branch in the first half year of 2015, which effectively enhanced the power of financial service entity economy and reduced the social financing cost. At the meantime, it placed more supports on reloan and rediscount. Till the end of this June, the total balance of reloan for supporting agriculture was amounted to 1.28billion yuan which was 650million yuan more than last year, up 103.25, and the total balance of rediscount was amounted to 241million yuan which was 201million yuan more than the beginning of this year.
At the meantime, the financial institutes optimized the credit structure and innovated the service modes practically which helped to enhance the credit support on infrastructure, key industries, small and medium-sized enterprises, well-being projects and some other key fields and weak points. First, they focused on the support of investment and promotion of increase by highlighting the issuing of credit on infrastructures. 4.695billion yuan new loans were issued on construction industry, electricity, gas, water production and supply, water conservancy, environment and management of public facilities, and etc., which was 4.799billion yuan more than last years. Second, they placed more attention on improvement of well-being and promotion of consumption by highlighting the issuing of credit on real estate. 4.965billion yuan loans were issued on real estate, which was 2.905billion yuan more than last year. Third, they placed more attention on adjustment of structure and promotion of transformation by highlighting the issuing of credit on key industries. 841million yuan new loans were issued on non-ferrous metals industry, which was 792million yuan more than last year. Four, they focused on the supporting of innovation and promotion of entrepreneurship by highlighting the support on small and micro-sized enterprises. 1.561billion yuan new loans were issued for the small and micro-sized enterprises, which were 604million yuan more than last year, and 1.081billion yuan new loans were issued on household businesses.
