It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City met Markku Hangasjärvi-CEO of Salcomp Group and his team on September 2, 2015.

Salcomp is a famous international corporation headquartered in Salol of Finland. It is mainly on the R&D and production of adapters for mobile phones and some other electronic devices. It is the leading company of mobile phone and tablet’s adapters with annual sales of US$1.0billion. Currently, Salcomp Shenzhen Branch intended to move to inland areas of China. After visiting so many inland cities, Salcomp showed great interest to Chenzhou city.

Qu Hai presented brief introduction of Chenzhou city and its current industrial development. Qu said Chenzhou city is with advantageous location, advanced road net, abundant resources, beautiful ecological condition and excellent talents. It is one of the best opening-up cities of central and western regions of China with perfect open platform. It is also an important opening-up window and sub-center of exhibition of Hunan province. Along with years’development, Chenzhou city has been accepted by many foreign enterprises and investors that many foreign enterprises as Phillips Electronics have settled down there with sound development. Now, Chenzhou city is working on the construction of modern industrial system, industrial transformation development, acceleration f upgrading of traditional industries, improvement of new emerging industries, development of modern logistics, finance, exhibition, information service and other production service industries, which are purposely to break away from the dependence on resources and find a low-carbon, more environment friendly and green development way. It also pays more attention on innovation entrepreneurship and introduction of strategic enterprises and new technologies. Markku Hangasjärvi was expressed with the green ecological condition and sound urban order of Chenhzou city.
