Yi Pengfei attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech there

It was reported that Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone and Hunan Wanrong Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Tuozhan Assets Management Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Huifukang Photo-communication Co., Ltd. signed agreements on October 23, 2015. Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee attended the symposium of the signing ceremony.

Wanrong Tech project is estimated to be with 250million yuan in total. Once finished, it can recycle, disassemble, dispose and store 160,000tons of different renewable resources and 120,000tons of hazardous wastes annually. The key products would be renewable steel, recycling plastic, fuel oil, carbon products and different non-ferrous metals. Its annual sales revenue is estimated to be 250million yuan. Guangzhou Tuozhan Assets Management Co., Ltd. planned to promote crowd-creating space project which is covered 500million yuan investment. It is mainly on the production of medical treatment and biology laboratory disposable products. Huifukang Photo-communication project is estimated to be with 60million yuan investment, which is mainly for the production of fiber stub which is used for optical module, ceramic, adapter of the stub, optical fiber pigtail, and etc. Once finished, it would be with 50million yuan annual output value.

In the symposium, the principals of all three enterprises presented brief introduction of their companies, shared their impressions on Chenzhou city, and also expressed their hopes and confidence to reach win-win cooperation with Chenzhou city.

Yi Pengfei also presented the brief introduction of Chenzhou city and warmly welcomed them to place investment there. Yi said, Chenzhou would further enhance the spirit of “opening up, realistic and innovative”, optimize the administration environment, and magnify Chenzhou advantages to form low-lying land of industry. During “13th five-year plan”, Chenzhou would try best to introduce, cultivate, improve the enterprises, and highlight the guidance on industrial projects. Yi sincerely hoped all the projects signed in the ceremony can be placed to construction and production sooner.

Yi required that all departments should well set up their minds with the idea of serving for investors and provide the best service to them on the basis of law to ensure the investment attraction to be fulfilled with good effects.
