It was learned from Linwu county that it placed great efforts on enhancing the projects construction in recent 5 years. According to the data, 850 key projects were launched in the county during that period, finishing 17.8billion yuan investment.

In order to promote the fast and sound development of economy and society, Linwu county kept operating the projects construction to support stable increase, promote reform, adjust structure, improve well-being and prevent risk. It mainly focused on the projects which can help to solve the narrow-neck problem of development, improve the construction of livable Linwu, and upgrade the infrastructure of agriculture. 4.69billion yuan investments were finished to solve the narrow-neck problems of transportation; 280million yuan investments were placed on the construction of 220KV power transmission station which helped to place “electricity high-speed train” to operation; and financing platform was established and regulated which helped to finish 4.5billion yuan project financing in recent years. At the meantime, followed the direction of construction of “most beautiful livable county”, Linwu county placed great efforts on promoting new urbanization that 265 urban projects covered with over 7 billion yuan investments were finished there. Currently, 8 square kms of the planning 12 square kms of urban areas have been finished in Linwu county and its rate of urbanization has been up to 38.5%.

Concerned for the agricultural infrastructures, Linwu county mainly enhanced the construction of rural water conservancy facilities. In recent 5 years, it finished 1.5billion yuan investments and built 3 large-scaled concentrated water supply projects. All the towns and counties of the county were covered with the concentrated water supply projects. Currently, it was being on the process to promote the construction of second water source and second water plant project. The water safety problem for 56,500 people of 39 villages of 12 towns and counties of Linwu county was solved in 2015.
