Currently, it is the golden season for construction. Expansion project of Nanjing road, second phase of sewage treatment, Shuangxi new city, Baosheng happiness city, and some other projects of Yizhang county were being promoted rapidly.

It was learned from Yizhang Key Projects Office that in order to promote the key projects construction and improve the sustainable and healthy development of economy and society, Yizhang County Party Committee and Yizhang Government released “4-year planning of key projects construction” in this October. It was required that during 2015-2018, 166 key projects should be well promoted- 16 major projects and 150 key projects, 23.87billion yuan investments should be fulfilled, and “112” target for key projects construction should be reached as well. Following are the “5 highlights”for all the work: highlighting industrial projects construction, highlighting infrastructure and well-being projects construction, highlighting key regions’ projects construction, highlighting major projects construction, highlighting the effect of investment, and highlighting the preparation work for all projects.

In order to ensure all the key projects to be settled and finished earlier, Yizhang county followed the scheduling model of “five divisions and four combinations” to set up the common mechanism for promotion of projects construction, figure out relative responsibility mechanism, and centralize all efforts to fulfill the targets. It encouraged to promote PPP mode, set up new urbanization, entrepreneurship & investment, debit smoothness funds, and bank-enterprise cooperation, and some other channels to collect more construction funds. It helped to clear the “green channel” for projects construction by perfecting demolition resettlement mechanism, environment treatment, “TV administration”, decentralization, and etc. It also set up the projects supervision and assessment mechanism to promote the projects construction with different measures.
