Chenzhou City’s Cultural Industry Ready to Take the Shape

It was learned from the promotion and training conference for Chenzhou city’s cultural industry that the first TV cartoon “Space-time of Xiaoyi” invested by Chenzhou city was approved by SAPPRFT to set the project. The investment for its first phase was amounted to 30million yuan. Hunan Changlu International Tourism Resort which was covered with 11billion yuan investment for the first phase was settled down in Yongxing county. Series international and national cultural festivals were handled out successfully by Chenzhou city which helped to popularize the cultural industry brand of Chenzhou city.

 

As considered by the conference, Chenzhou city’s cultural industry is ready to take the shape. Chenzhou Propaganda Department listed strong cultural industry into the list of “five-strong and five-competition” work. Promotion of cultural tourism was clearly stated on “Four-year plan for the development of Chenzhou service industry (2015-2018)” , on which decided to promote 60 cultural tourism projects and finish 26billion yuan investment.

 

As called on the conference, all cultural staffs should figure out the development trend to take the highland of industrial development and fight for last step of development of cultural industry; should innovate ideas to promote the integration of cultural industry and internet, innovation, sports & tourism; should consolidate the development platform by cultivating some leading enterprises in the key cultural industry; and should perfect the special funds and policies for cultural industry to support the financing of key and emerging cultural projects and attract more social capitals to join in the investment of cultural industry.

 

The attendees visited some cultural projects of Yongxing county. Huang Jingbo- Professor of Xiangnan Institute was invited to deliver a special symposium entitled with “Opinion on the development of Chenzhou city’s county cultural industry”on the conference.
