It was learned from Chenzhou Key Projects Office that till the end of October 31, 2015, 21.338billion yuan has been finished for the 4-year plan of 2015, accounting for 84.8%. According to the plan, the tasks preset for 2015 key projects construction were 109 projects with total investment of 97.5billion yuan and annual investment of 25.2billion yuan.

According to the classification statistics released on this September, there were 46 new projects launched in 2015. 27 projects as Grain and Oil Warehousing and Processing Base project, Yintai New Energy Auto Industrial Park, and etc. were proceeded over 70%. 63 continuous construction projects were covered with 16.35billion yuan annual planned investment. 35 projects as comprehensive treatment of Xihe river, Wanxinda Electronics, Linyi Avenue, and etc. were peoceeded over80%.

Guiyang county placed 30million yuan special guiding funds to promote the projects construction. Linwu county opened a green channel which charged the minimum fees on relative procedures and limited the time on settling 246 county level service items and 38 county level charging items. Rucheng county figured out specified implementation solution and assessment mechanism to give high rewards for 3 excellent projects and 6 staffs every quarter.

Till the end of this October, 12 projects as removal and reconstruction project of Chenzhou Tobacco Redrying Factory, and etc. have been fulfilled.
