It was reported that Qu Hai, Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City handled the scheduling for some major infrastructure projects on November 23, 2015. He required that all departments should seize the chance and coordinate with each other to perfect the preliminary work of projects and ensure some projects to be started before end of this year.

Qu Hai visited the reconstruction site of Xiameiqiao shanty town which covers 167.469mu lands and 133 families. Till now, the planning and project approval work have been finished. 540million yuan loans have been approved by National Development Bank, 210million of which were being prepared for releasing. Qu Hai said that reconstruction of shanty town is one of the key well-being projects, so all departments should pay close attention on it with enhanced leadership and specified responsibility system and should handle the reconstruction work scientifically to ensure the task to be fulfilled comprehensively.

The extension of Renmin east road is from Yangjiaping cross of Chenjiang road to Tiziling section of Qingnian avenue, accounting for 3920meters (including 1080meters tunnels). After checking the planning route, preparation work and some problems of the project, Qu Hai stated that the extension project can be greatly helpful to relieve the transportation pressure of urban rea and promote the integration development of new and old urban areas. Its implementation methods and steps and problems should be well studied on the basis of practical condition, and relative solutions should be figured out to promote the projects.

Qu visited the projects of Airport Avenue and shanty town of Wengxing road to check the site selection and relative preliminary work. Qu emphasize that all the infrastructure projects do not just meet the demands of Chenzhou city’s development, they also meet the demands of the masses and concern for the good start of Chenzhou city’s “13th five-year plan”. All departments should work together to coordinate with each other to promote the preliminary work, enhance the scheduling work to implement the projects, and obtain more central and Hunan provincial government’s supports.
