It was reported that the first entrepreneurship funds- Chenzhou High-tech Information Technology Entrepreneurship Funds Partnership Company (limited partnership) was inaugurated in Chenzhou city on November 26,2015.

The funds was co-established by the State Development and Reform Committee, Hunan Government, Chenzhou Government, Hunan High-tech Entrepreneurship Investment Group and some powerful private enterprises and investment institutions accordance with "the temporary solution on management of emerging industrial entrepreneurship plan and participant funds" and Hunan provincial requirements on the establishment of entrepreneurship funds. The total amount of the funds is 500million yuan, 150million yuan of which has been collected. It would be operated by Hunan High-tech Entrepreneurship Investment Company as the funds of ordinary partnership; would be mainly placed on some small and medium-sized companies which well met national industrial policies, development plan of high-tech industry and strategic emerging industry; and would be mainly supportive for strategic emerging industry and high-tech industry enterprises on initial stage and growth stage.

Huang Ming, Director of Hunan High-tech Entrepreneurship Investment Company and Secretary of its Party Committee stated that different from traditional financing, entrepreneurship funds light up a fire to promote the development of enterprises. It introduces advanced investment ideas by attracting strategic investors and provides added value service on management and capitals for small and medium-sizes enterprises by professional and market operation of the funds operation team.

Li Ping, Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City, attended the inaugurating ceremony and expressed his hope that the funds management company would contribute to promote Chenzhou city's industrial optimization and upgrading and development of economy on the basis of sound management and scientific operation. Chen Xiang'an, Secretary of Labor Union Committee of Chenzhou High-tech Zone (Processing Zone) was present at the ceremony as well.
