In order to enhance the supports on development of forestry industry, it focused great attention on preparing many forestry projects on the basis of investigation and taking active actions to obtain more capitals from central and Hunan provincial forestry departments. Till now, 35 central and Hunan provincial forestry projects have been obtained by Chenzhou city with total amount of 576million yuan, 16 of which with 470million yuan are for central projects and rest 19 with 106million yuan are Hunan provincial projects. 11 ones of them as subsidy for reform of state-owned farms, third phase of comprehensive treatment of forest fire insurance, and etc. are new projects obtained in this year. 513.62million yuan of the total investment has been paid-in, achieving a highest record.

It was introduced that conceding the land to forestry, consolidating the conceding, central and Hunan provincial ecological forests, subsidy for petroleum products of forestry, subsidy for reform of state-owned farms, fees for restoration of vegetation, subsidy for cultivation of forest, Hunan provincial forestry special funds, subsidies for central and Hunan provincial forest public security, subsidized loan of forestry, and etc. are some key forestry projects. The paid-in investment helped to activate the promotion of forestry and played an active role on improving the stable development of forestry.
