It was learned from Chenzhou Forestry Bureau that Qitianling Forestry Professional Cooperative and East Hunan Herbs Plantation Professional Cooperative were awarded as “2015 Hunan provincial demonstrations of forestry professional cooperatives”, which indicated the city’s zero breakthrough of Hunan provincial demonstrations.

In recent years, Chenzhou city took full advantages of its rich forest land resources to improve the forestry as well as under-forest land resources and ecological environment to improve the under-forest economy as plantation, cultivation, processing, and tourism sightseeing. It helped to improve Chenzhou city ecological forestry with shared resources, complementary advantages, cycling production, and coordinate development, so that the comprehensive utilization ratio of forest lands were upgraded greatly, ecology was well protected, farmers were benefited with great profits, and Chenzhou city’s ecology, economy and society were improved coordinately. Till now, there are more than 100 enterprises and professional cooperatives which operate under-forest economy in Chenzhou city.
