On January 3, 2016, some villagers of Chennan village, Sandu town, Zixing city were building the revetment. From the beginning of the winter, the villagers of Sandu town were busy with the construction of water conservancy projects to make good preparation of seeding in next spring.

On January 1, 2016, about 70 excavators, forklifts, nawy barrows were being operated together in the construction site of Yongxing Changlu Hunan Style Tourism project. Though it was 2016 New Year holiday, the construction site was still busy with the construction work.

On January 3, 2016, some workers were working on concrete spouting in Shunyi section of Quanjiang river in Guidong county. In order to ensure the safety of flood season, Guidong county carried out comprehensive inspection of pools, water reservoirs, main rivers and started the maintenance and reinforcement work for all the water conservancies with potential risks. It is the final stage for the maintenance work now, and is estimated to be finished before Chinese New Year.
