26 enterprises’ technique centers of Chenzhou city have been identified

According to the list of 21th batch of Hunan Province Identified Enterprises’ Technique Centers Directory which was issued by Hunan Economy and Information Commission, two more technique centers of Chenzhou city as Dongtang Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. and Dijing Environmental Protection New Material Co., Ltd. were enrolled into it.

In recent years, Chenzhou Economy and Information Commission deeply carried out the innovation-driven strategy to enhance the dominant role and leading place of enterprises’ technology innovation and cultivate series enterprises’ technique centers with competitive innovation capacities. Till now, 26 enterprises’ technique centers of Chenzhou city have been identified by Hunan provincial and Chenzhou municipal level identification, 12 of which were approved by Hunan provincial level, including non-ferrous metals, new material, device manufacturing, electronic information, and some other key industries and fields. It indicated that the enterprises’ technique centers are playing a more prominent leading role.

Currently, the technology innovation of Chenzhou city’s enterprises is strong. Oxygen enrichment double side-blown smelting for bismuth materials which was invented by Hunan Jinwang Bismuth Co., Ltd. was selected as “2015 ten prominent achievements of Hunan province manufacturing technology innovation”. It was the first time to apply oxygen enrichment double side-blown smelting to the treatment of bismuth materials in the world, and solved the problems as high energy consumption, low production capacity, low recycling rate of valuable metals, heave pollution, and etc. on the smelting processes of bismuth materials. It provides a new method for large-scale clean and comprehensive recycling of the complex bismuth materials of China.
