It was learned from Entrepreneurship Incubation Base of Chenzhou Economy and Development Zone that the base took active actions to dock with Shenzhen Computer Industry Association, Shenzhen Science and Technology Association, Konka, Huawi, TCL, and some other commercial associations and leading companies of smart industry in Shenzhen Nanshan Technology Park, and handled out accurate investment attraction there by promoting the advantages and favorable policies of smart industry of the base.

In recent years, Chenzhou Economy and Development Zone forcefully implemented the model of “introducing-in & going-out” to forge small and micro businesses entrepreneurship incubation base and headquarter base of Chenzhou e-commerce. Ruifeng Electronics which was introduced into the base in 2012 is a low-profit labor-intensive enterprise, but it submitted over 0.6million yuan tax payments in the first half year of 2015. Yuxing Technology has been improved to be above scale enterprise in the zone and incubated successfully that it built its standard workshops in its purchased lands. Some leading companies of ecommerce have been introduced into headquarter base of Chenzhou e-commerce, which helped to improve the entrepreneurship and employment of various groups and preliminarily forged the base to be investment high-land, policy low-lying land, and entrepreneurship blessing place for the owners of small and macro enterprises.
