It was learned that 11315 National Credit Reference System of Enterprises was settled in Chenzhou city on January 21, 2016. The launching ceremony of Chenzhou Green Shield Credit Co., Ltd. & inaugurating ceremony of first batch of credited units of Chenzhou city was held in Chenzhou city on the same day. 30 companies as Chenzhou Quanyou Furniture Co., Ltd. were credited on the ceremony.

11315 National Credit Reference System of Enterprises which was operated by Green Shield Credit (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was firstly established in 2002. It was the first big data credit model established in China. In recent years, the system became a legal “internet + big data” third-party public credit platform registered in the State Engineering and Information Ministry and Beijing Public Security Bureau with the functions of supervising information issue of government functional departments, complaint activist of consumers, and credit enquiry of enterprises. All the credit information of the registered enterprises are posted publicly, which helps to set up online credit files of the enterprises, and provide instructions for some activities as consumption, financing, bank credit, business cooperation, and etc., as well as reference for government procurement, bidding, administrative approval, market access, and etc.

In order to solve the prominent problem that current credit system of Chenzhou city can’t well match the economic and social development, Chenzhou city introduced 11315 National Credit Reference System of Enterprises into the city which would be operated by Chenzhou Green Shield Credit Co., Ltd. Once the system settled down, it will coordinate with the government to supervise market, which will further enhance the self-discipline awareness of enterprises, help to form the composition force of market and administrative supervision, protect the right of consumers, and contribute more to Chenzhou city’s construction of “five Chenzhou” and its fulfillment of the target of realizing well-off society one year ahead of the time schedule.

Some representatives of Hunan Credit Construction Promotion Association, Hunan Green Shield Credit Co., Ltd., leaders of Chenzhou municipal departments, and 150 enterprises of Chenzhou city attended the ceremony.
