“We produce the products according to the orders. Now it is placed to full production. We started the production on the 6th day of Chinese Lunar New Year.” It was introduced by He Jingdong- Director of Beihu Hongsheng Textile Co., Ltd. that all staffs came back to work on the 6th day of Chinese Lunar New Year and worked hard to catch the production time schedule. It was very busy on the workshop when reporters arrived there on February 15, 2016 (the 8th day of Chinese Lunar New Year).

When reporters visited Hunan Yuteng Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd., the staffs were busy as well. Li Xingke- Deputy General Manager of the company said to the reporters that the company was kept production during the Spring Festival to seize chance of sufficient electricity supply. Li said the company is preparing for technical innovation in the new year to upgrade the production capacity. It aimed to upgrade the capacity to be 100,000tons from current 80,000tons and tried to reach sound beginning in the first quarter.

Beihu district well studied the arrangement and requirements listed on Hunan and Chenzhou economy conferences and tried to reach breakthroughs on the basis of new start and innovation development. The production enterprises ensured the stable production by scientific scheduling and overall arrangement. Some enterprises took active actions on adapting with current economic situation and seized the chance of sound condition on festival to start production sooner and grant the enterprises with sound beginning in the new year. Some enterprises kept busy during the festival by visiting the new and old clients to expand markets under the economy downturn trend.

It was introduced that till February 16, 2016, more than 10 of the 56 above scale industrial enterprises of Beihu district have started to production, accounting for 30%. All industrial enterprises are ready to open, which grant sound beginning for the district.
