Rural housing industrialization project of Heping village, Suxian district and beautiful rural tourism resort demonstration of Sanhe village, Beihu district which were invested by Broad Homes Group were launched in Chenzhou city in the morning of February 26, 2016. Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City announced the launching of the two projects respectively and delivered speeches there. Zhang Jian- the Director of Broad Homes Group attended the launching ceremony.

Broad Homes Group is the new housing manufacturing enterprise which firstly qualified to be established as a “housing industry” enterprise. It is the exclusive comprehensive “housing integrated solution” manufacturer among “national housing industrialization bases” which were awarded by the State Housing and Construction Ministry. As introduced by Zhangjian that the rural housing industrialization project of Heping village which is the first rural housing industrialization project of China is covered with 29mu lands and planned to build 21 rural villas and hotel with different styles.

Beautiful rural tourism resort demonstration of Sanhe village, Beihu district was cooperated together by Broad Homes Group and Beihu Sanhe Qiaolong Company, covering 440million yuan investment. It was planned to be facilitated with folk culture streets, rural tourism resorts, hotels, and supporting facilities, and etc. by combining with regulated rural housing.

Yi Pengfei stated that in recent years, Chenzhou city promoted the beautiful rural construction together with regulated rural housing, reached the target of full coverage of rural planning firstly, basically realized the integration of urban and rural areas on comprehensive transportation, basic infrastructure, industrial layout, public service, ecological environment, and other aspects, and improved rural tourism to be a new highlight of economic development. But there is still great space available for further upgrading on regulated rural housing and beautiful rural construction, so the understanding on “keeping the leading role of industry, improving overall development” must be enhanced, more enterprises with advantageous brands should be introduced into the city, and strategic cooperation should be promoted to upgrade rural living condition with the ideas and measures of industrialization and grant the farmers with profits of development.

Yi Pengfei stated that currently Chenzhou city was seizing the chance of preparing for the 1st Hunan International Beautiful Rural Ecological and Leisure Tourism Festival and paid great attention on the rural housing to establish series south Hunan folk dwellings and promote beautiful rural construction. Promoting rural housing industrialization project is a demonstration for Chenzhou city’s innovative rural housing construction mode as well as an exploration for innovative rural tourism development and increasing people’s income. Yi expressed his hope on sound cooperation between the two parties to finish the project sooner and improve rural housing industrialization.

Qu Hai said rural tourism is an emerging industry with the economic and social function of agriculture. It does not only satisfy with the new demands of urban tourist’ leisure vacation, but also is a new breakthrough for well-off society construction. The launching of beautiful rural tourism resort demonstration indicated that the development of Chenzhou rural tourism was being promoted into a new stage, which was significant for the improvement of Chenzhou tourism industry, acceleration of economic transformation and upgrading, and promotion of its competitiveness and influence. All departments should serve for the projects construction, coordinate with each other to solve the problems, and provide best service and construction condition for the projects to ensure all projects to be fulfilled sooner. Qu also hoped Broad Homes Group to accelerate the construction and try best to improve the project to be a typical model of Chenzhou rural tourism as well as new highlight and brand of Chenzhou tourism industry.
