It was learned from Chenzhou City Investment Group that followed the transformation development concept of “resolving debt, promoting transformation, and upgrading efficiency”, it will fully implement the 3-year plan from 2016.

Concerned for the projects construction, the group will promote the construction of 26 projects which are undertaken by it, planning for finishing 2.167billion yuan investment in 2016.

Concerned for the innovative financing, the group well seized the chance of national implementation of loose fiscal and monetary policies, enhanced its cooperation with financial institutions to obtain more financing supports, promoted some direct financing methods corporate bond, medium term note, short term note, private placement note, project revenue bond, and etc., and positively exploited PPP financing model to upgrade market financing function. All of those channels and models helped it to collect more capitals and provide more capital supports for the city construction and development. 4billion yuan capitals were planned to be collected in 2016.

At the meantime, the group tried best to reach profitable balance development and self-development. It promoted land reserves development in its area, enhanced the investment attraction, and increased the reserves of land and financing guarantees to upgrade the appreciation of lands. Taking the best advantages of settling the mineral show in Chenzhou city permanently, it accelerated the promotion of Chenzhou city’s exhibition economy. According to the plan, more than 50 exhibitions would be undertaken and sponsored by Chenzhou International Exhibition & Convention Center in 2016, contributing to 3.5billion yuan trading volume. Chenzhou Sports Center will try to obtain more sporting, commercial, tourism, and other large scale events, which was purposely to promote Chenzhou city’s establishment of sports city and its development of modern service industry.
