“We sold the some agricultural products as sweet orange, oil tea, and etc. nationwide and even UK last year via internet,” introduced by Cao Yiyao who is the principal of Ruisi Tech. in Huachuang E-commerce Industrial Park. As Cao said, over 50,000 waybills were packed in three big bulks in the company. More than 0.3million kgs sweet oranges were sold out with the assistance of the company in last year, which greatly helped to increase the income of local farmers.

“We used to sell the sweet oranges by travel around the city, but now all are booked out even when they are still in the tree. We are free from the marketing,” gladly said Cao Maosheng- the 68-year-old fruit farmer of Tongyi village, Bianjiang town. According to his accounting, 20,000kgs sweet oranges were sold out, some of which were sold with a high price of 23.6yuan/kg, so that he gained 20,000yuan more profits than last year.

In the end of 2015, due to the long lasting rainy days, the fruit farmers of Yongxing county were involved into big trouble of the marketing. But with the assistance the e-merchants, that problem was settled properly. Now, “internet+” mode becomes more popular in Yongxing county.

When reporters visited the greenhouses in Yongxing Woyuan Vegetable Standard Demonstration Park, the fresh converted season vegetables as eggplant, pepper, bitter gourd, and etc. were being cultivated there. Thanks to the application of modern facilities, Woyuan Ecological Vegetable Base was established as “standard vegetable garden of the Ministry of Agriculture”. In Yongxing county, there are 290 professional cooperatives similar as Woyuan Ecological Farm available there, enrolling 16,300 members. 15 of them are Hunan provincial level ones. The total amount of the professional cooperatives ranks the second place of Chenzhou city, which contributed 240million yuan leisure agriculture revenue to the county.

Yongxing county is famous as “silver county of China”. Given the problems lacking of technological innovations, Yongxing county guided the enterprises to work together with Central South University, National University of Defense Technology, and other universities and institutions to develop some products with high value-added and high-tech. Hunan Yongxing Joint Silver Tech. Co., Ltd. placed 20million yuan on the construction of three production lines which combined the gold and silver craftsmanship with modern 3D drawing, laser welding, metal coloring, and etc. It was introduced by Director Zhi Shaoyun that the silver crafts favored with 3D printing design which was initially used in the industry were with 10 times more value-added, which helped to win more orders accordingly.

According to the statistics, three high-tech enterprises were qualified (reviewed) in Yongxing county, ranking the first place of Chenzhou city. The rate for materializing a moderate prosperous society was up to 91.7%, awarding as Hunan provincial first batch qualified county of all-round well-off society.
