It was learned from some poverty stricken farmers of Zhennan town, Linwu county that all the 100 stricken families gained over 3000yuan dividends from Dafu Pioneer Oil Tea Professional Cooperative, accounting for over 0.3million yuan in total. It was just a miniature of the achievement gained by Linwu county’s “entrust-aid” model which was handled out for accurate poverty alleviation.

Besides well handling the accurate aids of “6-accurate” and “5-batch”, Linwu county innovated some more aid models to promote the industrial poverty alleviation. “Entrust-aid” is one of the key models handled by it for accurate poverty alleviation. It took the best advantages of the villages’ natural and geographical resources and well analyzed the poverty stricken people’s situation to figure out suitable industrial development pattern for each village accordingly. Furthermore, different agricultural professional cooperatives were established that the poverty stricken farmers can be capable to join in the cooperatives by different means as land transfer, land trusteeship, pooling of land and etc. and can be favored with the dividends of the cooperatives. This model of “village Party Committee + cooperative + base + poverty stricken family” is favored the families with best profits and strong supports on lifting out of poverty.

By handling land transfer and other ways, Nanqiang town of the county established different cooperatives on different products based on local practical condition, which granted local poverty stricken farmers with sound profits and helped them to get rid of poverty.

It was learned that currently 10 professional cooperatives were set up by Linwu Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. 1254 members of Shunxi Purple Yam Professional Cooperative and other ones were led by the cooperatives to transfer 11,420mu lands and gain 138. 97million yuan income.
