It was learned from Rucheng Reform and Development Bureau that 1.431billion yuan central and Hunan provincial funds have already obtained by the county till now, which was much more than last years with sound trend.

6 special construction fund projects covered with 259million yuan were approved for Rucheng county in the first two batches, which was more than the total amount of last year. The 6 projects are resettlement and supporting facilities for mining sinking region of Shuguang Coal Mine, upgrading and reconstruction of the roads of Wolfram Mine, reconstruction of shanty area, removal of some vocational schools, comprehensive treatment project of Zhengshui river, water supply of urban and rural areas, and etc. More than 102million yuan funds were gained for the projects as supporting facilities of affordable housing projects, special funds of affordable housing projects, upgrading project of rural grid, work relief, relocation of poverty-stricken people, improvement of rural health centers, disabled rehabilitation center, school building for Rucheng 7th Middle School, improvement of Kouzi town, and etc. One corporate bond was issued as well, which helped collect one billion yuan. It was one of the first two counties and districts of Chenzhou city which issued corporate bonds. 70million yuan other funds were collected by Rucheng county as well.

The county would pay more attention on study of policies, packing of projects, and following up of projects, and then achieve more results on obtaining projects funds.
