39 products were submitted by 27 enterprises

It was learned from Chenzhou Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision that more enterprises joined the establishment of brands with the guidance of strategy of “strong city of quality”. The total amount of applications of Hunan provincial famous brands set a new record in the history. Till now, 39 products from 27 enterprises were submitted to be Hunan provincial famous brands, up 105%. 25 products from 25 enterprises were submitted for the first time, up 278%. The new products are amounted to 64% of the total. Non-ferrous metal, food, petrochemical, construction material, mechanical, electronic information, and other enterprises from Beihu district, Suxian district, Zixing city, Yongxing county, Yizhang county, Rucheng county, Chenzhou High-tech Zone, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, and etc. submitted their application this time.

According to the analysis, some features are for this application: firstly, more applications were submitted by non-ferrous metal industry that 18 products from 10 enterprises of the industry submitted their applications, up 58%. Secondly, leading companies of agriculture took more active actions on the application that 8 products from 8 leading companies were submitted this time, up 167%. Thirdly, the enterprises and products involved into the application were with higher technical level that 89% of the enterprises owned patents of intellectual property rights, 67% of them were high-tech enterprises, and 6 of them joined in the drafting work of national or industrial standards.
