It was reported that Zixing Government signed strategic cooperation framework agreement with Inspur Group Co., Ltd. on July 5, 2016, covering one billion yuan investments. Inspur Group Co., Ltd. is the third high-end enterprise settled down in Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park after Hunan Telecom and Hunan Yunchao Information Technology.

According to the agreement, Inspur Group would place investment on building the large-scale, high level, service, and energy saving cloud computing center in Zixing city followed with the most advanced standards. 12 computer room modules which can hold 1000 racks would be built there, accounting for one billion yuan investments.

Zixing city kept investment attraction as the “first menu” of economic development in 2016. It followed the target of establishing national economic development zone and kept placing investment and support to promote the improvement of platform and establishment of undertaking industrial transfer highland with high standards. In the meantime, it kept optimizing the investment condition and project services, which granted the investors with sound environment.
A new round of investment attraction was raised in Zixing city via new industrialization, new urbanization, cultural tourism, and modern agricultural industrialization investment attraction and festivals or exhibitions, which improved Zixing city’s investment attraction work to be transformed fundamentally.

Zixing city took the best advantages of the unique cool water resources of Dongjiangwan and introduced 3 data centers there, amounting to 2billion yuan investments in total. Dongjiang Lake Big Data Center which was invested by Hunan YunChao Information Technology and Hunan Telecom would be facilitated with 45,000 square meters computer rooms, 10,000 brackets, and 200,000 servers. It is the largest big data project among the ones launched in Hunan province, as well as the first one of Chenzhou city’s big data industrial chain. The introduction of Inspur Group Co., Ltd. which is one of the top500 of China indicated that Zixing city gained historical breakthrough on big data investment attraction.

Till now, 22 projects covered with 3.322billion yuan have been introduced into Zixing city, such as Inspur Group, Huangqidong Silicone Material Industrial Park, Jinyang Photovoltaic, Ruihe Wind Power, Ruihe Quartz Plate, Weifeng Industry, Alibaba “Rural Taobao”, Jingdong, and etc. 6 of them were covered with more than 100million yuan and one project was with one billion yuan. 17 of them were launched and 6 of them were placed to operation.
