It was learned that till the end of this June, 5909 people were favored with training courses covered by 3-year action of rural human resources development which was handled out by Yizhang county, accounting for 98.5% of the target of 6000 people. The county reaches great achievements on the training tasks.

From the beginning of this year, 2765 people joined in different professional skills training courses organized by Employment Training Center of Yizhang Human Resources and Social Management Bureau, including 747 people for training of migrant workers and rural labor reserves, 1496 people for skills upgrading of enterprises' employees, 307 people for entrepreneurship (37 of them are university graduates), and 215 people for the skill training of poverty stricken families.933 of the 966 people who were sent to attend the professional skills identification were qualified with the certificates, accounting for 96.6%.

3144 people of the subordinate department of Yizhang county joined in relative training as well. Housing and Construction Department organized 95 staffs to attend quality and safety skills training; Safety Supervision Department organized 361 staffs to attend safety production and skills training; Animal Husbandry and Aquatic Products Department organized 173 staffs to attend animal health inspection and safety training;

Agriculture Department organized 55 people to attend agricultural technical training and 270 people to attend vegetable planting technological training; Animal Husbandry and Aquatic Products Department handled out 3 training phases for cultivation of pigs, cows, and aquatic products,which helped to train 77 people; Tobacco Department handled out 12 training phases for tobacco planning skills, which helped to train 1560 people; and vocational schools trained 451 people by handling different classes. Furthermore, loans for entrepreneurship were better than expectation that annual task has almost been done. 311 people favored with 27.81million yuan guaranteed loans, accounting for 99.3% of the annual task of 28million yuan. The 37 university graduates were issued with 3.7million yuan loans for their entrepreneurship.
