It was learned from Chenzhou Human Resources and Social Management Bureau that according to the regulations specified on "Notification for temporarily reducing the pension fees and unemployment insurance fees of enterprises employees" which was issued by Hunan Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department and Fiscal Department, the unemployment fees were decreased to 1.5% from 2%.On this point, the rate bared by enterprises was decreased to 1% from 1.3%, while the personal part was decreased to 0.5% from 0.7%, down 0.3% and 0.2% respectively.

3011 enterprises and 297,200 people were benefited from this policy. 14.2527million yuan less burdens on enterprises were reduced by it.
