From the beginning of this year, Yizhang Agriculture Economic Station tries great efforts on improving well-being projects. It built Yaogangxian Longshui Breeding Professional Cooperation which is Hunan provincial demonstration and set up three land transfer service centers as Guanxi, Yanmeishan, and Changcun villages, all of which enabled it to fulfill the well-being projects tasks preset by Hunan provincial and Chenzhou municipal level governments.

In order to make all the four well-being projects mentioned above to be implemented sooner, improve agricultural industrial scale, and increase local people's income, the station set up a well-being project leader group. Specified working solution was figured out as well that the leaders who are in charge of the projects should carry out regular and irregular supervision of the projects and ensure all projects to be fulfilled without compromising to quality.

In the meantime, the station paid closer attention on the propaganda of "Rural Land Contract Law", "Farmer Cooperatives Act", rural economic system, and some other policies. More than 131,000 brochures were dispatched freely to local people and some economic talents, large family farms, leading enterprises, farmers professional cooperatives, and etc. were guided to improve the scaled operation. Currently, 653 farmers professional cooperatives, 846 large family farms, 191 family farms, and 98 leading enterprises were registered in the county. 19 rural land transfer service centers provide comprehensive services for the whole county and helped to release 4969pcs land transfer information, guide the agricultural operation entities to figure out 1520 contracts. Till the end of this July, 672,000mu lands were transferred to handle economic forests, tea, oil tea, fruit, tobacco leave, rice, breeding, and other businesses. It greatly helped to lay sound foundation for the scaled production, standard management, and integrated operation of Yizhang county and played significant role on improving the agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers' income.
