It was reported that the launching ceremony of Beihu Airport Avenue and comprehensive pipe gallery of Tongfu road was held in Chenzhou city recently.

Beihu Airport Avenue is located in Tashui village, Huatang town, Beihu district. It was planned to be built with 2080meters long and followed the standards of urban arterials for design, that is to say 6 lanes on both direction, 30meters wide, and 60kms/hour speed.

"Beihu Airport Avenue will facilitate Chenzhou city with a high level avenue to the airport, as well as for the connection of Beihu Avenue,Xiarong expressway, and future light track. It would be helpful for Chenzhou city's construction of transportation network of airport district and the areas surrounded the airport. The construction period for this project is about one and half year and it is estimated to be finished in the end of next year," introduced by Lei Xingtao- Director of Engineering Department of Chenzhou Urban Investment Group.

The other key project which was launched in the same day was the comprehensive pipe gallery. It is about 2.5kms long from Tongxin road south and Wenquan road north. The key part of this project is underground urban comprehensive pipe gallery which will combine different pipes as electricity, communications, gas, water, and etc. together.

It was introduced by Yu Hua- Director of Investment and Management Department of Chenzhou Urban Investment Group that the comprehensive pipe gallery is significant for future urban construction that all new pipes can be gathered together without digging new tracks for it and all can be managed intelligently. The key projects for this work are standard section of pipe gallery, exit and entrance, feeding ports, vents, and some other supporting projects as drainage, firefighting, lighting, monitoring, and etc. IT was planned to be finished in one year.
