Yi Pengfei met the investigation team of All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives

It was reported that an investigation team led by Hou Shunli who is the Member of Party Group, Member of the Council, and Director of Economic Development and Reform Department of All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives visited Chenzhou city recently. Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee met them and discussed some details on reform of supply and marketing cooperation, improvement of rural ecommerce, projects construction, and etc.

Currently, there are 11 county level and 94 grassroots level supply and marketing cooperatives available in Chenzhou city. Yongxing and Yizhang county supply and marketing cooperatives are with sound architecture and being operated normally. Suxian district and Anren county keep some supply and marketing cooperatives. The other districts and counties handled out comprehensive restructuring of the supply and marketing cooperatives from 2001. Till the end of this June, there are 183 subordinate enterprises of the supply and marketing cooperatives system of Chenzhou city with 4799 staffs, 1.313billion yuan total assets, and 873million yuan total debts. In the first half year of 2016, the total sales volume of the supply and marketing system was amounted to 1.993billion yuan, up 14.98%, including 12.73million yuan profits, up 13.69%.

From the beginning of 2016, Chenzhou city kept promoting the comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperative, enhancing the top design, improving reform pilot, and establishing comprehensive platform. In order to handle deepening reform of supply and marketing cooperative and facilitate the marketing of agricultural products with more channels, Chenzhou city carried out series special investment attraction activities. With great efforts on docking with All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives and its subordinate state-owned enterprises, some preliminary cooperation intentions on rural ecommerce and other projects were reached by Chenzhou city.

Hou Shunli stated that they are confident to place investment on Chenzhou city for its opening mind, marketing awareness, sound investment environment, and strong working motive force. Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government paid great attention on supporting and promoting the comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperative, which facilitated further reform with sound foundation. All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives would support Chenzhou city’s work and try all efforts to promote the projects.

Yi Pengfei stated that All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives paid special attention on supporting regional development, so all the supply and marketing cooperatives of Chenzhou city should seize the chance to promote the reform pilots, deepen the comprehensive reform, and gain more experience; should take the best advantages of All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives to establish sound platform and brand and play the best role of rural ecommerce to facilitate the marketing agricultural goods with better channels; and should improve the investment attraction and preparation of projects to promote the docking and cooperation with All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives and its subordinate state-owned enterprises and try to settle the cooperation projects sooner.

In the afternoon, Hou Shunli and his investigation team investigated the supply and marketing work of Yongxing county. They visited Zhongde Environment Technology Co., Ltd., Yongxin Environment Technology Co., Ltd., seedling base of Yongxing sweet citrus, and Chongshui Yongxing seet citrus base. He hoped that Yongxing county can save the chance to handle comprehensive reform pilots and take lead place on national reform of supply and marketing cooperatives.
