Invited by Vilnius city of Lithuania and Collaborating Centre in the Asia - Pacific countries of St. Petersburg and Irkutsk city of Russia, Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City led an investigation delegation to visit Russia and Lithuania with the permission of Hunan Government. They hope can learn some more experience on ecological construction and protection of lakes and reach cooperation on commerce, tourism, and etc. It is purposely to reach more international partners and chances for Chenzhou city's construction of international leisure tourism city.

Russia is the largest county of the world, which is with rich tourism resources. Collaborating Centre of the Asia - Pacific countries of St. Petersburg is an important international cooperation platform of Russia, which is specialized on establishing the cooperation platform of economy, technology, culture, tourism, and etc. for the enterprises and organizations of key cities of Russia and Asia-Pacific countries. It helped to settle down many significant projects for Chinese departments. Irkutsk city is famous for its protection of Lake Baikal. Its advanced experience is highly appraised worldwide.

Lithuania is embraced by forest and distributed with many lakes, which grants it to be with elegant ecological condition and spacious natural hunting area. OKSALLS Company which is with the largest hunting filed and most advanced hunting devices production line of the county signed the agreement with Chenzhou city on construction of Chenzhou Wugaishan International Hunting Field which is the exclusive international hunting field of south China approved by the state. It aims to forge an international high level leisure tourism landscape.

On the visit to Russia, Qu Hai and the delegation will visit Cooperation Center of Asia-Pacific Countries in St. Petersburg and discuss some more details on tourism projects, environment improvement, commercial cooperation, and etc. They will also visit the municipal leaders of Vladimir city and share some ideas on economic, cultural, and tourism cooperation, as well as sign the intention agreement of sister city. They will visit Hunan Merchants Chamber in Russia, Hunan Wenbang Culture Media Co., Ltd., Moscow Office. They also will visit Irkutsk city and try to learn some advanced experience on protection of lakes, tourism infrastructure construction, and etc., as well as reach cooperation on tourism industry.

On the visit to Lithuania, Qu Hai and his delegation will meet the municipal leaders of Vilnius and share the ideas on tourism cooperation, tourism investment management, and etc. They will meet some principals of OKSALLS as well to discuss details on the development of Wugaishan Hunting Field. It aims to reach substantial progress on the project during their visit.
