It was reported that He Jianxiang – Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City led an investigation team to check the preparation work for 4th China South Hunan International Undertaking Industrial Transfer Trade Fair.

He Jianxiang learned the details of all preparation work from workers on site and presented some reasonable comments and suggestions based on the layout of the fair. As she required, all attendees of the fair should be served well.

Concerned for the problems found during the investigation, she stated that all departments should pay closer attention on the details; should focus on the time schedule to arrange the meeting, catering, accommodation, and other work; and should pay special attention on security and fire control to avoid potential risks.

He Jianxiang required that all departments should work together and coordinate with each other, making sure everything to be handled out fluently; should pay closer attention on propaganda, such as displaying the achievements gained by the city in recent years, which is purposely to popularize Chenzhou city and encourage more merchants to place their investments there.

Currently, the arrangement of exhibition hall has almost been done. All stands are estimated to be finished on September 20, 2016 and all exhibitors can start their arrangement of stands one day later. It was learned that compared from previous fairs, there is a new international exhibition zone available this time. Visitors can visit this featured hall, as well as learn more high quality products from the exhibitors.
