It was learned that a conference for the promotion of industrial projects and supporting of enterprises was held in Guiyang County. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City required that projects owners should compete with each other and try best to fulfil the targets on time.

The attendees investigated Guiyang County on site. Hunan provincial level innovation parks were required to post their working progresses at the meeting, by which can clearly check the differences among each other.

Qu Hai made some comments on the promotion of projects, supporting of enterprises, and innovation entrepreneurship on the conference, and highly affirmed the work handled out by Guiyang County. Qu Hai stated that it was exciting to see many sound projects were introduced into the counties. In the following step, they should focus on targets and compete with each other to fulfil the annual tasks.

Qu also emphasized that some special measures should be carried out to improve the projects. Industrial economy is the key supporting part concerned for finishing annual tasks, while the projects is the principal part for improving industrial economy. Great efforts should be tried on introducing strategic investors to improve major projects and drive the regional span development, especially for the planning and introduction of some projects about non-ferrous, fluorine chemical, graphite, big data, and etc. More efforts should be placed on the improvement of projects as well to solve some narrow-neck problems. The plan concerned for 2017 major industrial projects should be figured out previously, especially for some preparation work.

The improvement of innovation entrepreneurship industrial park should be speed up by seizing chances. On the process of attracting more county fellows to place investment in hometown, some special attention should be focused on improving new increasing points. The construction of standard workshops should be accelerated to introduce more investors there. More attention should be placed on innovation entrepreneurships, such as improving relative platforms and activating the vitality of people.

The checking and approval of Hunan provincial “135 projects” will be handled out soon, all departments should well prepare for it and ensure relative projects to be past successfully. Special attention should be placed on the supporting of enterprises, especially on accurate support which can help to solve their capital problems.

Regular and long-term supporting mechanism should be established to solve the problems faced by enterprises. The development environment for the enterprises should be optimized as well by keeping the leading role of industries and key supporting role of industrial economy. The industrial parks should be kept as the major field for the improvement of industries and great efforts should be tried to improve its upgrading of industries, cultivation of capital sources, driving of innovation, attraction of investment, and etc.

Qu Hai said all departments should focus on the annual tasks pre-set in the beginning of this year and try best to fulfil all on time.
