It was learned from Chenzhou Economy and Information Commission that the added value of Chenzhou City’s scaled industry was with an increase of 6.8%, ranking the 2nd place of Hunan Province. From the beginning of this year, Chenzhou City’s industrial economy was kept stable operation. The increases of added value of its scaled industry were 6%, 6.2%, 6.4%, and 6.5% respectively for the periods of January- June, January-July, January-August, and January- September. As you can see from the data, the increasing rate is 0.5% higher than the first half year of 2016.

From the beginning of 2016, Chenzhou City paid great attention on the increase of industry and carried out different supporting activities to solve the problems faced by the industrial enterprises. The key industrial projects were improved forcefully that 1230 industrial investment projects were implemented by Chenzhou City, finishing 66.31billion yuan investments, up 19.2%. The increasing rate ranked the 2nd place of Hunan Province. Innovation & Entrepreneurship Park was being improved fluently that 1.31million square meters standard workshops were built there, introducing 174 enterprises. It was subsidized with 61.90million yuan special funds from Hunan provincial “135 projects”, ranking 1st place of Hunan Province.

The reform in supply front was being improved actively in the city as well, which greatly helped to decrease the expenses of enterprises.

In the next stage, Chenzhou City will carry out stricter measures and fight hardly on the forth quarter to ensure the stable performance of Chenzhou economy. It will also keep supporting the enterprises, especially on key industries and key enterprises. It will follow “1555” working plan to improve the development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park and try to finish 1.6million square meters standard workshops and introduce 200 enterprises into the park.
