Qu Hai who is the Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City visited 2016 Hunan (Chenzhou) Agricultural Products Expo and communicated with the exhibitors and visitors on site.

When arrived at the exhibition center, thousands of merchants and visitors were attracted there. Qu Hai and his investigation team visited Chenzhou Agriculture Industry Hall firstly. Different species of oranges were displayed there. On listening to the introduction of the oranges by the staffs of the stand, Qu Hai asked to improve more popular brands of Chenzhou oranges.

Qu Hai visited Beihu District Stand as the 2nd stop. After learning different kinds of agricultural products there, Qu Hai asked more details of “internet+ modern agriculture”. “How will this mode be operated?” “Can the quality be guaranteed?” Qu kept asking questions. Once got the answers from the staffs, Qu Hai stated that it is more convenient for people to buy goods online, but more attention should be paid on the quality control to grant people with safe foods.

Followed the theme of “fighting for poverty alleviation”, besides the display boards of 11 counties and districts, the special points of Guidong, Rucheng, Anren, and Yizhang counties which are four main battle fields of Luoxiao mountainous area were well display on Accurate Poverty Alleviation Hall. Qu Hai quite concerned about the poverty alleviation work, so he asked many details of it and required that relative departments should pay closer attention on the work and try best to lift local people out of poverty by improving special agricultural industries.

Qu Hai visited some special stands and international stands on his investigation trip on that day. He stated that higher standards should be set for the agricultural products to ensure the food safety; the quality, connotation, feature, and technology of agricultural products should further upgraded to popularize the fame of Chenzhou agricultural products brands; and special attention should paid on the security work of the expo to ensure it to be handled out safely.
