The scheduling conference of improvement of well-off society was held in Chenzhou City recently. As required by Ouyang Feng who is the Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, all departments should try best to ensure all targets set for well-off society to be fulfilled on time.

From the beginning of this year, all departments of Chenzhou City followed the targets to handle relative work and reached great achievements. In the first three quarters of 2016, the realization rate of well-off society of Chenzhou City reached 89.9%. Detailed rate for each categories are as follow: economic development is 79.6%, democracy and rule of law is 91.9%, cultural construction is 89.2%, daily life is 95.4%, and resource and environment is 92.35%. Detailed rate for different items are as follow: 19 items of the 39 monitoring indexes reach 100%, 8 items are 90%-99%, 5 items are 80%-89%, and 7 items are lower than 80%.

Ouyang Feng said the targets should be specified and well understood to handle relative work.
