29 Villages Benefited from Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

Recently, the poverty alleviation project of Shimen Village, Huatang Town, Linwu County which is with the installation capacity of 60kwh photovoltaic power generation station was combined in the grid. It is one of effective measures handled out in Linwu County by playing the best role of photovoltaic projects.

 

Linwu county carefully integrated the State Energy Ministry and Hunan Province’s spirits listed on “Notice on the implementation solution of photovoltaic power generation” and “Notice on investment plan for photovoltaic poverty alleviation”. It integrated the improvement of ecological new energy and construction of beautiful village and poverty alleviation. It aimed to share the modern energy with the poverty stricken people. It was introduced by one of the staffs from Guiyang Energy Office that one photovoltaic poverty alleviation project which covered with 0.48million yuan investment and 1.5mu is with the construction scale of 60kwh. Once finished, each kwh installation capacity unit is capable to generate 1000degree,60,000degree in total. According to the price confirmed by Hunan Government of 0.98yuan/degree, 58,000yuan economic effects can be gained by the project. In this year, 29 photovoltaic power generation pilot projects were carried out by Linwu county, which benefit 29 villages of the county.

 

“Working solution on implementing photovoltaic power generation pilots” was figured out by Linwu County. It clearly specified the requirements on selection of pilots, construction of power generation station, bidding, assessment, and etc. The improvement of project was listed as one of the key assessment indexes for the promotion of accurate poverty alleviation. 28 poverty stricken villages finished their work on selection of construction place, land acquisition, and some other preliminary work. Linwu County Energy Office handled out the public bidding work in accordance with open and transparent policies. All the 28 projects were being proceeded to construction and were estimated to be finished in the end of this December, then placed to operation accordingly.
