When reporters arrived at Sanxing Industrial Park of Rucheng Economic Development Zone, workers are busy in building Nonghuitong Ecommerce Industrial City. It was introduced by the principal of this industrial zone that the industrial city which is being under construction is an industrial chain cluster with five functions as product display and trading, warehousing, bi-directional logistics and distribution, ecommerce, and financial incubation. Over one thousand job vacancies can be provided by the industrial city, as well as improvement of catering, tourism, agricultural products, and other supporting industries.

Nonghuitong Ecommerce Industrial City is followed the development mode of “internet + incubation base”, integrating with logistics system, smart loading analysis system, B2B ecommerce platform, ecommerce payment service system, and etc. On the basis of practical conditions faced by rural logistics as high logistic cost faced by the village, inconvenient delivery, and difficult outward marketing, the industrial city will work together with some house appliances and carriers, and provide the receiving and delivery stations, which helped to solve the final step logistics and warehousing problems accordingly.

In recent years, followed the layout concept of “one zone & multiple parks, three-boutique &two-oriented”, Rucheng County set up Agricultural Products Technological Park and Innovation Park in Sanxing Industrial Park of Rucheng Economic Zone; and set up Logistics Park in Tuqiao Town, Gem Industrial Park in Maqiao Town, which helped to shape innovative incubation industrial zone with different features and industries. In the meantime, one stop service was provided for the enterprises settled down there.

Currently, 102 enterprises were attracted to be settled down in Rucheng County via the platforms of industrial parks, 32 of which are above scale enterprises. Nonghuitong, Hesi Biology, Daqi Electronics, and some other leading industrial projects became the remarkable enterprises of the county.
