Recently, the Micro and Small Financing Center of Industrial and Commerce Bank of China, Chenzhou Branch was placed to operation. Li Bo who is the Member of Party Committee of Industrial and Commerce Bank of China, Hunan Branch and Vice President of the branch and Zhang Weifeng who is the Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the inaugurating ceremony.

It was learned that the Service Center for Small Enterprises of Industrial and Commerce Bank of China, Chenzhou Branch was established in June, 2009. It is specialized on coping with the financial businesses of small enterprises. In June 2015, the Small and Micro Financing Center was divided from the center and set up independently in accordance of reform of institution. From then on, it is in charge of the improvement of small and micro financing businesses. With their efforts, 235 clients were won by them, handling 1.2billion yuan financial capitals. On November 30, 2016, the pilot solution concerned for the business center was approved by the head office of the bank. It was qualified with the operation license by Hunan Branch on December 7, 2016. In the meantime, in order to serve the small and micro enterprises better and facilitate with the center with more convenient services, Hunan Branch dispatched some credit inspection staffs to the center. According to the policies, those staffs are authorized to check and approve the 10million yuan credits directly, which granted the center with real “one-stop service”.

Zhang Weifeng sincerely hoped that Chenzhou Branch can seize the chance to innovate more characteristic products suitable for the development of Chenzhou City’s micro and small economy; play the best advantages of the brand, resource, information and service; and upgrade the service efficiency. All of those are purposely to support Chenzhou City’s establishment of “new increasing role of Hunan Province” and contribute more to Chenzhou City’s sound opening of “13th five-year plan” period.
