It was learned that an Tongtian jade work named “ Nvwa's Mending Sky” from Chenzhou City awarded with golden prize of Flower Award of 12th China Arts and Crafts Industry in the 12th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industry Expo. The work was created by Li Hui who is a staff from Linwu Nanling Tongtian Jade Development Co., Ltd.

Chenzhou City is with rich gem and mineral crystal resources and is known as “Decoration Stones- Mineral Crystals City of China” and “Silver City of China”. According to the preliminary calculation, there are 20million tons of mineral crystals and gems reserves available in China, amounting for over 600 billion yuan values.

In recent years, Chenzhou City placed great efforts on transforming the advantages of rich mineral gem resources to the advantages of emerging industry, and improving the development of mineral gem industry greatly. It formulated “Comments on improving the development of gem industry”, set up the development funds of mineral gem and arts & craft industry, and obtained the chance of fixing China Mineral Gem Show into Chenzhou City successfully. In the meantime, it tried great efforts on introducing and cultivation of skillful talents, which greatly upgraded the skill level of mineral gem industry. In 2016, there are one Hunan provincial arts & crafts engineer and 6 Chenzhou municipal level arts & crafts engineers and jade carving masters were cultivated by Chenzhou City.
