Currently, the first phase of chlorotrifluoroethylene project of Chenzhou Base of Sinochem Blue Sky which was covered with 170million yuan investment was launched. It is one of the important chains for Chenzhou City’s establishment of chlorotrifluoroethylene base. The marketing rate and export volume of chlorotrifluoroethylene products produced in Chenzhou Base ranks the top three places of the whole industry of China.

Chen Shukang who is the President of Chenzhou Base of Sinochem Blue Sky said: “it is a miniature for the investment placed by the group. Thanks for the support of Chenzhou Governments, which greatly helped to improve the development of Chenzhou Base. It is a plan which well meet the demands of both parties. In following five years, we will rely on the rich fluorite resources available in Chenzhou city and place 2billion yuan more investments there to improve the cluster development of fluorescent industry.”

China Construction Material, China Resources, and some other central enterprises also placed more investments on Chenzhou City in 2016 on the consideration of the advantageous resources and development potentialities of Chenzhou City. Currently, graphite flotation and profoundly processed project which is with the annual production capacity of 200,000tons and invested by Southern Graphite Company with 5billion yuan was launched. China Resources electric Zixing wind power project, Zixing Dongjiang Lake big data industrial park distribution network, improvement of thermal power of heating, and some other projects were being promoted rapidly, which would promote the invests placed by China Resources to be reached 10billion yuan. Furthermore, China Transportation Group, China Construction, and some other central enterprises visited Chenzhou City in 2016 and tried to find some chances for future cooperation. Till the end of this November, Chenzhou City received the central enterprises’ visits of 17 times. More than 7.5billion yuan more investments were gained from the enterprises.

It was learned that Chenzhou City kept the docking with central enterprises as a strategic measure. In recent years, Chenzhou City released series key projects concerned about modern industrial system, infrastructures, and etc. on the basis of national industrial layout and central enterprises’ strategies, which attracted many central enterprises to place investments there. Those enterprises became the pioneers to lead the economic and social development of Chenzhou City and industrial transformation and upgrading.

After introducing the projects, Chenzhou City carried out the working mechanism of “six-one”, which helped to solve the problems faced by the projects and upgrade their working efficiency accordingly. Till the end of this November, 29 central enterprises were introduced into Chenzhou City. They signed 76 projects agreements with the amount of 178billion yuan, 34.6billion yuan of which has been paid-in.
