The construction work of Xiangnan International Logistics Park project was started without any delay after finishing the Chinese New Year holiday. When reporters arrived at the construction site, workers were busy with relative work.

It was introduced by Wang Guoqiang who is the principal of Chenzhou Jinhuang Warehousing Logistics and Test Center of Non-Ferrous Metals that in order to catch the time schedule, all workers spent overwork time on the site without extra rest. According to the preset targets, #6, #7, #8, and #9 warehouses and supporting projects should be finished in 2017.

Currently, 12 large scale projects which are with great driving effects are being promoted rapidly in the park. Petroleum and gas stations, gates, ordinary cargo warehouse, cold chain warehouse, information building, and some other projects are being handled out in Chenzhou Huashuxia Transportation Comprehensive Logistics Center & Rail-Sea Joint Transport Project. The main body project of I-3 phase of Xiangnan Market, infrastructures of second phase of Xianquan Road and west section of Haiquan Road, and some other projects were under schedule. They are estimated to be finished in 2017.

It was learned that a great blueprint as “one core and four zones” was figured out by the 5th Party’s Congress of Beihu District. According to the blueprint, Xiangnan International Logistics Park should be improved to be “national demonstration of logistics park”. He Guoyin who is the Director of Management Commission of Xiangnan International Logistics Park said to the reporters, it was the responsibility and driving force for the park as well as the principal targets currently. All cadres of the park should carry forward the diligent spirit of the park and try best to fulfill the target.

Xiangnan International Logistics Park focused on the target of “establishment of international demonstration of logistics park” and tried great efforts on upgrading of projects and improvement of economy. In 2016, one of the companies located in the park- Jinhuang Logistics was listed in the exchange market, and the park was awarded with many honors as Hunan provincial “most innovative logistics park”, Chenzhou municipal “advanced unit of improvement of working style”, and etc. In the meantime, the economic indexes were being improved stably that the total revenue of technology and industry trade was amounted to 11billion yuan, up 10.39%; tax payments hit 183.3million yuan, up 14%; the investment placed on fixed assets were 4.22billion yuan, up 24.35%; and the investment attraction was amounted to 2.12billion yuan, up 10%.
