The living environment with blue sky, green land, clear rivers and pure soil is the hope of people, but also a concrete embodiment of city competitiveness. Providing a good ecological environment and letting everyone enjoy the most equitable public goods are the most inclusive well-being of people's livelihood. However, protecting the environment can not only rely on the government or a department and needs for social actors to truly assume social responsibility and take protecting environment as the citizenship guidelines and ideas of government administration, enterprise operation and citizen behavior.
