Recently, the author entered the Qingshanlong Reservoir in Longxingshi Village Yongxing County. The new hives in the reservoir area were well proportioned and new agricultural honey production began to take shape. According to the responsible person in beekeeping industry base introduced, the immigrants here had better life through industry drives and the per capita disposable income of immigrants in the village amounted to more than 20,000 yuan each year.

Yongxing County has 5 large and medium-sized reservoirs, more than 100 small reservoirs, and immigrants and associated population of more than 50,000 people, of which more than 16,000 of large and medium-sized reservoirs immigrants, and 287 of the Three Gorges immigrants. In order to solve the problem of weak economic foundation and poor development ability of the immigrant masses, the county took measures in accordance with local conditions and the requirements of targeted poverty alleviation, and built the camellia, rock candy navel orange, agricultural leisure, organic rice, livestock aquatic products, ginger, seedlings and other ten industrial base demonstration sites in the Longtan reservoir area, Yongxing hydropower station, Yongxing secondary power station and Huangkouyan reservoir area. The top ten industrial base demonstration sites led more than 5,000 immigrants in the county to participate in production and employment.

In order to better guide and support the development of migration industry, and promote employment and increase income of immigrants, the county invested 10 million yuan to build the black fungus industry base in Dabujiang Town, independently explored the new agricultural development model of "enterprise + base + peasant household", and let the company and the base take charge of the provision of bacteria sticks, technical guidance, product sales, etc., to minimize the pressure on farmers production and increase the confidence of immigrants. After the base completed and put into operation, the annual sales revenue will be 6.75 million yuan and it could solve the employment of local hundreds of immigrants, and drive more than 2,000 immigrants in Qingshanlong reservoir area to participate in the production of black fungus industry chain. At the same time, the county also provided free seedlings, livestock and farm implements to the immigrant population. The immigrants were given more than 30,000 free rock candy orange, pear trees, peaches and other fruit seedlings trees, and the county guided immigrants to grow more than1000 mu of new rock candy orange, pear trees and other fruits; some young bees, young sheep, fish fry and other livestock and poultry were provided to the immigrant households according to the actual situation.

In recent years, through the point to an area of ten industrial bases, Yongxing County has guided and supported immigrants to develop more than 6,000 mu of rock candy navel orange, 5,000 mu of camellia, 1,000 mu of seedlings, 1,000 mu of ginger, 800 mu of hybrid seed production, 300 mu of edible fungus, 1,000 heads of cattle, more than 5,000 sheep, and drive more than 5,000 immigrants to help immigrants increase per capita income of more than 2100 yuan and achieve more than 300 immigrants out of poverty.
