On August 18, Chenzhou Alien Chamber of Commerce Chairman and his party came to Chenzhou to exchange and discuss with Chenzhou city government on further strengthening the docking cooperation and achieving win-win development. Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Mayor Liu Zhiren attended the forum.

The city's economic performance in the first half of the year and the Chinese Chenzhou Chamber of Commerce Alliance settled in Chenzhou were introduced at the meeting. In the first half of the year, the city's GDP completed 102.19 billion yuan, an increase of 7.4%, continuing to run in a reasonable range and generally maintaining a sustained stabilization.

Liu Zhiren introduced that our city has always adhered to the precise and pragmatic investment, and developed 5 action plans, namely: docking with Top 500 to enhance the industrial chain; docking with Chenzhou Chamber of Commerce to build a new hometown; docking with FTA to enhance the platform; docking with the Belt and Road to promote the development; docking with big cities to optimize the environment. In the investment work, we should give full play to the role of Chenzhou Chamber of Commerce and do a good job in "welcoming fellow, returning home and building hometown".

Liu Zhiren expressed the support for the establishment of Chenzhou Chamber of Commerce Alliance, and encouraged the leaders to have the entrepreneurial passion and love the careers. We should attach great importance to the development of the Chamber of Commerce and establish a reasonable and effective incentive mechanism to support the development and meet the reasonable requirements of the Chamber of Commerce; should give full play to the advantages of the chamber of Commerce in project participation and cooperation. The relevant departments should provide enterprises with one-stop service and solve the problems raised by enterprises according to the law. Liu Zhiren also expressed appreciation to the chamber of Commerce for the concern and support for the poverty alleviation work in hometown.

Beijing Chenzhou Chamber of Commerce President Zhou Shizhong as a representative delivered a speech. He said that the members of Chamber of Commerce were encouraged by the concern and support of government with the rapid development of Chenzhou. Chamber of Commerce will further play the role of cohesion and service development, and bring personal careers closer together with Chenzhou's development to make more contributions for the development of hometown.
