On the afternoon of August 23, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Liu Zhiren arranged the related issues for the Country Garden investment projects in Chenzhou to study and solve the problems and difficulties in the projects. Liu Zhiren stressed to strengthen cooperation with Country Garden, strengthen the implementation of responsibility and promote the implementation of projects as soon as possible to effectively promote further upgrading of urban quality.

In the first half of this year, Chenzhou and Country Garden signed a "strategic cooperation agreement" to agree that Country Garden would invest 20 billion yuan in the 1 city, 2 districts and 8 counties of Chenzhou in the next three years. The Guiyang Country Garden and Yongxing Country Garden which have started the construction achieved sales of 367 million yuan in the first half of 2017; Linwu Country Garden, Country Garden in Beihu Luoxianpu and Country Garden Chengdong ecological technology demonstration town are making the preparatory work at present.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that we should continue to strengthen cooperation with Country Garden and promote cooperation projects as soon as possible. We should give full play to the all advantages of Country Garden Group and learn the successful experience in the characteristics small towns, area drives, operation modes, etc.,; should make full use of land to realize the land benefits, and drive area development, improve urban functions, enhance the urban quality and cultivate sustainable tax sources through cooperation with Country Garden Group; should unify thinking and strengthen cooperation to promote the projects landing in accordance with the signed agreement.

Liu Zhiren stressed to strengthen the responsibility and promote the projects. The relevant departments should expedite formalities in the planning, land, construction, real estate registration, etc., to provide the best service; should make the three-year target plan to clear the assignment target and the corresponding measures in the annual investment intensity, the completed building area, the benefits and other aspects. The Country Garden should develop the annual plan, target and measures; should do well in planning, designing and construction focusing on ecology, science and technology, human nature and high quality; should actively explore the development of new formats, and play the due role in the construction of new energy industries and characteristic Towns; should integrate the Group's resources to do a good job of preliminary work.
