On August 25, Chenzhou and China Development Bank (CDB) Hunan branch held a financial promotion work forum. China Development Bank Hunan branch said they will continue to increase the financial loan support in the targeted poverty alleviation, urban infrastructure construction and other projects.

In 2016, Chenzhou and CDB Hunan branch signed a financial cooperation framework agreement. Over the past year, the two sides have cooperated closely on rural integrated service platforms, new urbanization, characteristic towns, and ecological and environmental protection. As of the end of July this year, Chenzhou and CDB have signed 14 projects and 4 billion yuan in financial loans, of which 6 urban infrastructure projects with a total of 3.155 billion yuan.

At the forum, the CDB Hunan Branch has made a detailed explanation on the open financial support PPP development ideas, method and models, and answers the questions raised by the participant municipal departments. Vice President of CDB Hunan branch Yu Xinjie and his party said they would continue to increase the financial support in urban infrastructure, shantytowns reconstruction and other areas.

Municipal Standing Committee, Executive Vice Mayor and Minister of Municipal Organization Department Jiang Feng thanked CDB Hunan branch for the continued financial support in Chenzhou's economic and social development. He said that the infrastructure in Chenzhou has been further improved, the urban and rural landscape has been further beautified, and the poverty alleviation work has achieved remarkable results through cooperation. In the next step, Chenzhou will continue to increase financing cooperation, deepen mutual trust and interaction with CDB Hunan branch in the process of building a large number of good projects and large projects to achieve more fruitful results on the development finance cooperation with CDB.
