On August 25 to 26, Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor Liu Zhiren led the team to carry out the investment investigation in the Pearl River Delta area. Liu Zhiren suggested that Chenzhou should embrace Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area with ecological advantages and meet the vast number of merchants with the best business environment.

During the investigation, Liu Zhiren and his entourage visited the Lesso Group, Foday Automobile, Linan Logistics and other well-known enterprises and Foshan Sino-German industrial service area and helped local enterprises to find business opportunities, expand the market and attract business investment. Liu Zhiren introduced the advantages of Chenzhou as a humanistic resort, resources treasure, transportation, rehabilitation and retirement places and open highland. Liu Zhiren said that Chenzhou has implemented the supply side structural reform requirements and carried out the strategy of "innovation leads, open rise" and "industry leading, all-round development" to fully support the real economic development, build five pillar industries, embrace Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area with ecological advantages and meet the vast number of merchants with the best business environment. 

In the process of promotion, Liu Zhiren attracted investment with business prospects from investor angle. In the Lesso Group, Liu Zhiren introduced the major business opportunities in the real estate, urban underground corridor construction and other aspects; in the Foday Automobile, Liu Zhiren introduced the significant resource advantage in the field of grapheme; in the Linan Logistics, Liu Zhiren introduced the huge logistics needs after hundreds of Guangdong furniture enterprises transferred to Chenzhou.

Liu Zhiren has repeatedly scheduled the hot spring town project in Suxian District this year. During the investigation, Liu Zhiren made a special trip to meet the executive team of Titan Holdings Group, the owner of hot spring town project. Liu Zhiren and his entourage also investigated the Chenzhou Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong, understood the situation of Chenzhou Chamber of Commerce in Foshan, and met Chenzhou entrepreneurs in the Pearl River Delta area. Liu Zhiren said Chenzhou municipal committee and government has always been very concerned about people outside Chenzhou, attached great importance to the development of Chenzhou Chamber of Commerce in different places, and committed to lead the township, return to hometown and build hometown. Today's Chenzhou has the rapidly changing urban and rural features, increasing city vitality and rising happiness index. He hoped that more Chenzhou people can often go home and bring more good projects and enterprises to hometown to support the hometown development. During the investigation, Liu Zhiren repeatedly stressed that the investment team must be focused on the precise and effective, and do a good job in the early docking work to ensure the real things and tangible results in each investment investigation.

After two days of investigation, the Lesso Group and our city reached the initial intention on strengthening cooperation; the Foday Automobile said to increase efforts to implement the projects and invest in new projects in Chenzhou; the Linan Logistics expressed the willingness to invest in Chenzhou and will investigate at the beginning of the September for the completion of preliminary work and substantive start; Guangdong Chenzhou Chamber of Commerce proposed to invest in Chenzhou Chamber of Commerce Industrial Park and the Mangshan tourist area project; the Titan Holdings Group expressed the confidence to the projects in Chenzhou and will continue to increase investment and accelerate the progress.
