The signing ceremony of strategic cooperation framework agreement between Chenzhou and Hunan Nonferrous Metal Administration was held on September 4. Hunan Provincial Nonferrous Metal Administration Party Secretary and Director Tang Yong, Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Secretary and Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee Director Yi Pengfei, and Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor Liu Zhiren attended the signing ceremony.

Tang Yong said that Chenzhou focused on environmental protection to form a new path of green circular development in line with local realities; focused on innovation and lead to cultivate a number of new economic growth points with Chenzhou characteristics; focused on open cooperation to create a good environment for industrial development in Chenzhou.

Tang Yong pointed out that the purpose of deepening cooperation is to further consolidate the wisdom and strength of all parties, and build a new platform and mechanism for cooperation and development to promote Chenzhou to become the vanguard of the transformation and upgrading of Hunan nonferrous industry. In the next step, the provincial nonferrous metal administration will give full play to the advantages of industry management in policy, science and technology, personnel, information and so on, integrate industrial factors and development resources, deepen cooperation, strengthen overall planning, implement the agreement and promote the new development of nonferrous industry with Chenzhou to make new contributions to the construction of a rich, beautiful and happy new Hunan.

Liu Zhiren said that under the correct leadership of the provincial Party committee and government, Chenzhou has deepened its cooperation with colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and strategic investors on the basis of resource advantages, and vigorously promoted the transformation and upgrading of nonferrous metal industry to further enhance the overall strength and discourse right in recent years.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that the signing of the strategic cooperation framework agreement further promoted the development of nonferrous metal industry in Chenzhou and was another important opportunity to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of nonferrous metal industry in Chenzhou. The two sides will give full play to their respective advantages in accordance with the principle of the "mutual benefit, complementary advantages and common development" and deepen cooperation in strengthening the construction of characteristic parks, carrying out technological innovation, developing circular economy, extending the industrial chain, introducing and training talents.

Liu Zhiren hoped that the two sides will further strengthen cooperation in a wider field and deeper level in the future, and jointly promote the development of nonferrous metal industry in Chenzhou and the whole province At the same time, Chenzhou will further formulate detailed docking programs around the content of the framework agreement, implement the relevant preferential support policies, clear the objectives, strengthen the measures and grasp the implementation to ensure the effective cooperation.

The strategic cooperation framework agreement was signed by Vice Mayor He Zunqing and Hunan Provincial Nonferrous Metal Administration Deputy Director Yang Wangping in the ceremony. Two specific cooperation agreements were signed at the scene, the "Talent Training Cooperation Agreement" signed by Hunan Nonferrous Metals Vocational and Technical College and Chenzhou Economic and Information Committee, and the "Strategy Cooperation Agreement" signed by Hunan Nonferrous Metals Research Institute and Yongxing Government.
